CrossFit 101 talk by Coach Greg Glassman
Even after years of immersion in CrossFit and several certifications, Coach Greg Glassman’s talk was really inspiring. It took my mind back to the fundamentals: why we’ve continued as CrossFitters and trainers, what we want for not just our clients but for our whole society, why we’re so passionate when we talk about the deadlift, and so on. Tom is off to CrossFit Level 1 certification
Tom has been a great student of CrossFit and has had stellar results personally with his fitness and flexibility. This weekend Tom will get one more credential, the Level 1 CrossFit trainer certification. Go Tom! He will be a programming mastermind at CrossFit 206 and develop a role as a trainer as his availability allows.
