Plyo box (box jumps) fabrication in progress

Tom has been in the basement working so carefully on cutting all the angles so that everything fits together. I’m petrified of power saws of all kinds, so I’m especially grateful and proud of him.

He’s making two 20-inch boxes and two 12-inch boxes. They’re made of 3/4-inch birch plywood, held together by both wood glue and 1.25-inch drywall screws. Can’t wait to jump on them!

Thanks for Sean for lending me the tools to do the job. Also, I couldn’t have done it w/o the plans from http://journal.crossfit.com/ and Lincoln Brigham. Many thanks!
