Garage classes added, up until the last minute!

We will offer classes in the garage through Wednesday, January 6. Saturday Jan. 2: 9:30 and 10:30 Mon., Tue., Wed. Press 5 x 5 (Tom ended up finding his 3-rep max) Then 5 cleans, 5 push-ups, 5 rounds, practice technique rather than speed.

Strength extravaganza. Deadlift (heavier than last time) up to your heaviest set of 5. 3 max sets of ring dips, or several jump-to-support and hold as long as you can. 3 max sets of ring push-ups. Skill practice: pistols. Four people had fun with this today.
