Breakthrough at CrossFit 206
Joe did his first pistol today. Following the coaching of Franz Snideman, RKC, we start learning pistols from the ground up. Joe squatted low with his feet and knees pressed together and shot one foot out, then pulled it back in. He did this several times without a kettlebell, holding onto a rack as a support, and then with lots of determination he succeeded using a KB as a counterweight.
