Special class this Saturday morning, 9:30; no 10:30 class

All of our regular clients who plan to work out on Saturday: we need you at 9:30 this week only (not 10:30). Come in and find out what’s your heaviest possible squat, press, and deadlift. We normally do sets of five; this is our occasional time to test how much we can lift ONCE. You get three tries at each lift. Great news for Tuesday nights!

Our Tuesday 6:30 PM class, formerly for women only, is now open to everyone. A women-only class was an experiment I wanted to try, with regard to making women comfortable trying these (possibly) new and difficult workouts. I am very happy to learn that women are not intimidated and don’t need or want a separate class.

The good news about parking here

The public parking lots upstairs from us are good for two hours. The nicer the weather gets, the more full these lots will be. Street parking to the south of us is also good for two hours. North of us, one hour. The good news: If you arrive after 6 PM or on a weekend, you can park downstairs in our complex’s parking lot. Wednesday fun

Our friend Jules made us a 36-inch-high box to jump on. And we did! It works! What a great gift. Movies coming soon of people jumping on it.
