Our friend Jules made us a 36-inch-high box to jump on. And we did! It works! What a great gift. Movies coming soon of people jumping on it.
Later we did rolls, headstands, and handstands for a while. If people are not used to these, we have all sorts of different ways to start being upside down a little at a time. When people start to get comfortable with it, they get quite enthusiastic about doing it again and again and…. then after we did our workout of the day, Joe worked on his pull-ups. He’s getting good! He uses lots of active-shoulder pull-ups (straight arms; it’s a sort of shrug while hanging), negatives, and jumping pull-ups.
