Elise has been CrossFitting since 2004 and we’re proud to have her as a client. Don’t be fooled by her age – this woman is a competitor worth respecting. Her workout today: every minute on the minute, 5 deadlifts (20 kg) and 3 thrusters (15-lb dumbbells). She did the first four or five rounds with a pair of 8-kg kettlebells, but those proved too light for deadlifting and too heavy for repeated rounds of thrusters. Come in and work out with Elise!
