Our second CrossFit Total
Nice lifting everybody! People who are already experienced lifters hit new benchmarks (such as Sabrina, who hit her old deadlift PR of 215 from years ago) and newer people set a first mark to exceed next time. Others worked extra on their lifting technique and did not end up with a total.

Kettlebells and sit-ups and deadlifts
Monday was as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of 5 kettlebell squats, 10 kettlebell swings, and 15 sit-ups. Coming after heavy deadlifts this was plenty. The deadlifts continue to increase, five or ten pounds at a time, every time, for our regulars.
