Kettlebells and sit-ups and deadlifts

Monday was as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of 5 kettlebell squats, 10 kettlebell swings, and 15 sit-ups. Coming after heavy deadlifts this was plenty. The deadlifts continue to increase, five or ten pounds at a time, every time, for our regulars.

We had a good time on Saturday afternoon at our BBQ potluck. We thank everyone who came, and we were happy to meet a bunch of new people from the neighborhood. Come on in and work out! Wow, there were some awesome Paleo-diet-friendly recipes. Stephanie is on the trail of the recipes. If anyone wants to get some sausages from Leschi market for us to grill, that would be a great supplement to the flank steak and pork tenderloin we’re planning.
