Friday and Saturday: new instructor

This weekend starting after noon on Friday, we all have to be away for different reasons! We have coverage of the Friday 5:30 and 6:30 PM classes, and Saturday 9:30 and 10:30, from certified CrossFit trainer Gavin McBride.
