Next CrossFit Intro series start 8/10 and 8/16

The first people through our intro series graduated today -- congratulations! Welcome to CrossFit. We have high ambitions for you.

The next intro series with our popular trainer Stephanie starts on Tuesday, August 10, at 6 PM and is limited to four people. It runs four sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays. With it, for $125, you also get five additional CrossFit classes to use any time.

An intro series also begins on Monday, August 16, at 7:30 AM, same details as above. Learn how to pressurize and protect your back when lifting; how to use the rowing machine; how CrossFit workouts work; how to squat with weight; and many, many other techniques you can use throughout your life.
