Thanks for making our Saturday classes so full and so much fun. We are adding a 7:30 AM Saturday class to the schedule starting this weekend, Feb. 12th. For now, the free CrossFit beginners’ class stays at 8:30, but we are considering changing that one to 10:30. That way we could have three regular CrossFit classes in a row at the earlier times of day. What do you think? Thanks for helping us grow!

Hi Fran: I just wanted to applaud and thank you for this change. The 7:30 class will be the best for me, and perhaps those like me who are early risers and like/need to get a class in early. For similar selfish reasons, my vote would be to have three regular classes in a row, and then an intro class at 10:30. On that one, however, I think you should do whatever you think will be best for getting new members.
Yes to earlier classes on Saturday! Can get home and make non-paleo pancakes for the teens before they even wake up. thanks!
Gah! Please keep the 10:30 … it’s the perfect Saturday class for me and it seems pretty full lately …
