We worked on power snatches today starting with the drop into a mini-overhead squat. We worked our way backwards through the lift sequence until we were lifting from the floor. It was awesome to see how focused everyone stayed while going through these small segments over and over–and even better how people worked on good snatch technique even in the heat of the WOD. Thanks everybody for your laserlike focus, even on a Friday.
A few people tried a weighted pull-up–a strength builder and a great stunt. Try it at a party and impress your friends.
