Starting Monday January 25, we have morning classes:
Monday through Thursday, 6:30 AM and 8:30 AM
Friday, 6:30 AM

CrossFit 206: first workout!
We warmed up and then started with deadlifts. (Where else can you start, really?)
Today’s workout: sets of 5 deadlifts up to one heavy set, then, for time:
21-15-9 kettlebell snatches per side; box jumps; push-ups.
