If you’re coming to the gym this week, the room will be dramatically enlarged but a bit rough around the edges. The demolition crew is working this weekend to take out walls, drop ceiling, and carpet. This week during the nights they will smooth out the drywall, reinstall the electrical stuff, cover the ceiling, and other things. In order to allow people on the waitlist to be notified in time to get to class, we decided to change the cancellation policy. Previously you were able to cancel a class up to 15 minutes before class. Now the cancellation window is 90 minutes. We want to give you flexibility for when things change at the last minute. We hope this will continue to accomplish that well enough, while giving people more notice that they’ve been added to a class. Thanks!

Updated! We will have a potluck after announcing the paleo challenge winners and giving you a short recap of the Ancestral Health Symposium. This weekend will bring us your final food diary. Ask any trainer to take your picture. We need them all to be taken by the end of the day on Monday, August 15. We will announce the winners on Saturday, August 20, at 11:45 AM and give out the prize money.
