Thanks for making our Saturday classes so full and so much fun. We are adding a 7:30 AM Saturday class to the schedule starting this weekend, Feb. 12th. For now, the free CrossFit beginners’ class stays at 8:30, but we are considering changing that one to 10:30. That way we could have three regular CrossFit classes in a row at the earlier times of day. What do you think? Thanks for helping us grow! P.S. As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of 20 box jumps (20 inches), 15 wallball 20/12 lbs.), 10 sit-ups, and 5 push-ups. This was done as prescribed by Jeff O., Dana, Gary, Anna, Kyle, and Heather. Dana graduated today to using the 20-pound wallball for all his rounds, and getting good height with it. Jeff O. got the most rounds of the as-prescribed guys.
