Class schedule beginning Monday, January 11, 2010:
Monday: 6:30, 8:30 AM, noon, 4:30, 5:30, 6:30 PM: CrossFit class for everyone
Tuesday: 6:30, 8:30 AM, noon, 4:30, 5:30: CrossFit class for everyone; 6:30 PM, Women's Strength class.
Wednesday: 6:30, 8:30 AM, noon, 4:30, 5:30, 6:30 PM: CrossFit class for everyone
Thursday: 6:30, 8:30 AM, noon, 4:30, 5:30, 6:30 PM: CrossFit class for everyone
Friday: 6:30 AM, noon, 4:30, 5:30 PM: CrossFit class for everyone
Saturday: 9:30, 10:30 AM: CrossFit class for everyone
Sunday: closed

Personal training is available too, and your first one is free. Email fran@crossfit206.com to make an appointment. This will be available for online booking soon.
