Thursday: 6:30, 7:30, 8:30 AM, noon, 4:30, 5:30, 6:30 PM: CrossFit class
Friday: 6:30 AM, noon, 4:30, 5:30 PM: CrossFit class
Saturday: 8:30 AM: Free Beginners' Intro class;
9:30, 10:30 AM: CrossFit class
Sunday: closed
