Fran, you are so cool. It is so impressive that you research all this and distill it down to a form we can understand (when, for instance, just going to Rob Wolff's website is overwhelming as a start!)

THANK YOU!

Sounds like fun! Since I'm usually in the morning workout crew, I'd be happy to get there early...and get this party started!

Thanks, Sally. I tried the stuffed flank steak and it was pretty good, but I got frustrated because it took way longer to cook than the recipe said. (That happens to me all the time, which is why I'd rather grill than cook in the oven.)

What I said was the recipes I tried on Paleo Table were better than those I tried in the "Everyday Paleo" cookbook (not all the other sites!). I am looking forward to trying recipes from the sites listed above. Thanks for the info, Fran!

Hi Fran! Something to remember is that most chickens naturally slow / stop egg production in the winter, so there may be less (truly) free-range eggs available now that winter's approaching. (Industrial egg production keeps the chickens on a constant cycle of day length, since they are indoors, so they never slow down egg production).

Another suggestion is that the Ballard Farmer's Market runs year-round on Sundays! Get there early before the eggs run out! :-)
