CrossFit Start-up course
The CrossFit Start-up Intro course is designed for you if you’re new to CrossFit. This six-session series of workouts is designed to build your skill and confidence and get you ready for the regular CrossFit classes. Learn principles of movement, exercises, how our workouts work, our terminology, and our coaching cues. Get to know one or more of the trainers. Chat with experienced CrossFitters coming and going. Meet new people, have fun in class, and start getting fitter and more physically skilled.
People love CrossFit for lots of reasons. Besides being a healthy outlet for the competitive drive, plenty of people like it purely for the changes they see in their own bodies; for the new strength that turbo-charges their other sports; or for the joy and courage in exploring what the body can do.

Personal training
We also offer, as an alternative start-up plan, a package of five personal training sessions. Personal training is scheduled during the day on weekdays beginning at 8:30 AM. Personal training sessions last 50-60 minutes and are $75 each. Purchase the five-pack of personal training sessions and get one of the five at half price. Other services
Fitness Goals Plus: Let us help you make a specific plan to reach your goals. We start with this during your initial free consult. After you’ve been working out a while, you might want help with questions, sticking points, high-level nutrition info, and best ways to meet your goals. Sessions are $45 and are with head trainer Fran Mason.
Nutrition Counseling: Get detailed help with planning your shopping trips, your meals, your family’s meals. Learn about ways to explore food sensitivities, other than allergy testing. Get specific recommendations for things to experiment with: foods to eliminate and re-introduce, for example, to see how it changes the way you look, feel, and perform. These sessions are with nutrition therapist Stephanie Vuolo. Introductory prices vary; please contact us.
