New to CrossFit?
Start with the free Saturday morning class at 8:30. SIGN UP
For an even better ramp-up, continue with the new four-session CrossFit Intro series with Stephanie. You'll learn even more of the exercises and workout formats you'll be using in CrossFit and get comfortable with the classes. Start building your work capacity and skill. With the Intro series, you also get five additional regularly scheduled CrossFit classes to use within 1 month of your Intro series purchase. This is a total of nine classes for $125. SIGN UP

No matter how new or how experienced you are, we're all about teaching. CrossFit scales to your abilities and we love teaching beginners. External link: What is CrossFit?
Prices (subject to sales tax):
$155 per month for unlimited classes
$125 per month for twice-weekly classes
$65 per month for once-weekly classes
$75 per hour for personal training (may be required at trainer discretion)
$50 per hour per person for 2-on-1 personal training
$40 per hour per person for 3-on-1 personal training
You supply your training partner(s) for 2- or 3-on-1 training.

Nutrition counseling
Initial consultation appointment includes 90 minutes, which will either be used in the session or will be partially used in the session with the remaining time used for phone and email follow-up. $125 plus tax.
Follow-up appointments: $75.
