Crossfit has made a significant difference with the other sports I do (wakeboarding, surfing, racquetball, running, etc.). I feel much faster and more explosive and have fewer issues with injury and chronic joint pain. I’ve also cut about 10lbs of body fat! Not bad for 2 months on a fairly moderate program. … Last weekend I went on a 23-mile backpacking trip with a pretty fit group of buddies. … I was way out in front most of the time.
